Who we are

This notice explains how the registrant of DailyGuys.com (“we”) handles personal information collected through this website. It is provided at the point of collection as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar U.S. state privacy laws.

Information we collect

• Identifiers: name and email address.
• Commercial information: your offer amount, timeline, and intended use or notes.
• Professional information: optional company name and buyer type.
• Technical information: standard hosting and security logs (this site is served through Cloudflare), and optional page analytics and session recording (Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) only after you allow it. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

Cookies and optional analytics

We use a first-party cookie to remember your privacy choice for up to 180 days. Optional analytics — cookieless Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity session recording — is off by default and loads on the published site only after you allow it. Clarity uses cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and records interactions like clicks and scrolling; what you type into forms is masked. Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider, may set strictly necessary security cookies that are not used for tracking. You can reject optional analytics without affecting your offer, withdraw permission at any time, and review the full cookie inventory in our Cookie Notice. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off unless you expressly accept analytics on this website after being informed of the signal. Use Cookie settings to change your choice. Analytics permission is separate from marketing email consent.

How we use it

• To review, respond to, and negotiate your offer.
• To prepare a purchase agreement and complete escrow and domain transfer.
• To prevent fraud, spam, and sanctioned transactions.
• To send marketing emails about other domains, only if you opt in.

Sharing, selling, and GPC

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We disclose information only to service providers acting on our behalf (content delivery and security through Cloudflare, website and database hosting, usage analytics through Vercel and Microsoft Clarity only after you opt in, and the escrow service you choose) and when required by law. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out; a GPC signal also disables marketing opt-in.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if a sale is completed and records are needed for tax or legal purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Marketing emails and opt-out

Marketing emails are sent only with your consent. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe method and our postal address, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also opt out using the form below; we process opt-outs within 10 business days. Emails about an active offer are transactional and are not affected by marketing opt-outs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit use of sensitive information (we do not collect sensitive information). Residents of the EU, UK, and similar jurisdictions may also object to or restrict processing; our legal basis is your request to enter into a contract and our legitimate interest in evaluating offers. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. We verify requests by matching the email address used in your inquiry and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-restricted database. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information collected.
