Offer Terms

1. Invitation to make an offer

This website invites offers to acquire the domain name DailyGuys.com (the “Domain”) from the registrant of DailyGuys.com (the “Seller”). Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a price guarantee, or a contract. The Seller may accept, decline, counter, or ignore any offer, and may withdraw the Domain from sale or sell it to another party at any time before a purchase agreement is signed.

2. Non-binding offers

Offers submitted through this site are non-binding expressions of interest for both parties. A sale becomes binding only when the buyer and Seller sign a written purchase agreement stating the price, fees, and transfer terms.

3. Price and currency

• The Domain is offered on a price-on-request basis. No public list price is advertised.
• All prices and offers are in United States dollars (USD).
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, escrow fees are split equally between buyer and Seller, and each party pays its own registrar fees.
• The buyer is responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes that apply to the buyer.
• Prices are the same for all buyers; no hidden fees are added after acceptance.

4. Payment and transfer

Payment is made to a licensed, independent third-party escrow service agreed by both parties. The Seller transfers the Domain after escrow confirms receipt of funds, and escrow releases payment after the buyer confirms control of the Domain. The Seller will not accept direct payment before transfer.

The Domain is currently registered at Namecheap, Inc. (IANA ID 1068) with status clientTransferProhibited, a standard lock that the Seller will remove at closing. Registry rules may prevent an inter-registrar transfer within 60 days of registration; in that case the Domain may be delivered by an account-to-account push at the same registrar.

5. What is included

The sale includes only the registration rights to the Domain. It does not include any trademark, trade name, business, website content, email accounts, social media handles, traffic, revenue, or goodwill.

6. No warranties; trademark responsibility

The Domain is sold “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller makes no representation or warranty regarding the Domain’s value, traffic, search ranking, or fitness for a particular purpose, or that its use will not infringe the rights of any third party. The Seller is not affiliated with any business, publication, or product using a similar name. The buyer is solely responsible for conducting trademark clearance and for its own use of the Domain.

7. Eligibility and conduct

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to submit an offer. You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit offers on behalf of anyone without authority. Offers from persons or entities subject to U.S. sanctions cannot be accepted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the offer process. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when you submit an offer applies to that offer. The signed purchase agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
